*Offer expires 12/31/23. Submissions must be complete and follow the instructions above. For travel purchases, the 5% Cash Back Offer cannot be redeemed until travel has been completed. The 5% Cash Back Offer applies only on purchases made from participating club partners through the Food & Wine Club, as detailed in the membership materials. Cash Back amounts are calculated by multiplying 5% times the net purchase price (after application of all discounts and excluding sales tax) of all eligible purchases up to a maximum of $100/quarter. We strongly recommend that you keep a copy of your receipts as Food & Wine Club is not responsible for submissions that are incomplete, illegible, or late. Please allow 4-8 weeks for receipt of check or VIP gift.
